Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver excellent service in our Flushing Banking Center, handling deposits, account openings, and customer referrals. You will build relationships, promote bank products, and support daily operations in a 100% in-office role.

The position emphasizes proactive outreach, outbound calls for onboarding, and compliance with bank policies while maintaining security and accuracy across customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Banking is highly regulated; you must comply with laws, procedures and complete compliance training.
• Ability to generate new financial relationships through outbound calling and relationship-building activities.
• Interact effectively to build positive customer relationships and clearly communicate product information.
• Strong product knowledge for selling and promoting bank products.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced banking center.
• Proficiency with Outlook and banking software is required.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills to resolve issues.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as CSR and open new deposit accounts.
• Process financial service transactions accurately and securely.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding and referrals to promote bank products.
• Collaborate with branch staff and partners to meet goals.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems professionally.
