Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Teller/Client Service Associate for the United States (1st shift). You will provide a distinctive client experience, perform transactions, and reinforce relationships while learning digital banking tools to enhance service.

The role supports outreach, outbound calls, and referrals to branch teams to meet client needs. With a focus on IRM, you will participate in leadership routines and ongoing training to advance product knowledge and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and work with computer software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and client referral to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
