Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work weekends or extended hours could be required.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience and handle transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Assist with outbound calls and IRM activities.
• Support sales process by identifying client needs and offering solutions.
• Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
