Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular 1st shift role in the United States. The position focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience through accurate transactions, digital education, and proactive outreach.

You will support sales efforts and IRM initiatives while maintaining compliance with bank policies and training to grow product knowledge. Expect to work with a team to provide quality service, handle a variety of banking tasks, and adapt to branch demands, including weekends or extended

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales process via outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
