Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, English-speaking teller/customer service associate in the 1st shift of the United States. You will provide timely client transactions, educate on digital banking, and support sales with outbound calls. Emphasis on IRM and cross-training for branch service excellence.

You will handle transactions, ensure accurate records, and maintain compliance with policies while delivering a superior client experience at Truist locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to maintain a high service level.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
