Job summary

You will participate in outbound outreach, support sales activities, and help with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts, contributing to branch goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactions with accurate records and strong client service.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales through outbound calls and IRM-related activities.
• Adhere to policies and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
