Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Strategic Account Executive (Banking) in San Francisco to lead enterprise banking deals. You will own strategic accounts, build business cases with CIO/CTO stakeholders, and drive adoption of frontier AI platforms across retail and commercial banking, under a hybrid work policy.

In this role, you’ll partner with Product and Marketing to sharpen value propositions, manage complex procurement, and help banks embed AI into customer service, underwriting, risk, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in banking or related financial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota with complex, API-first platforms or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience engaging with CIOs/CTOs and senior technical stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate procurement, security, and regulatory reviews in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of strategic, high-value accounts across banking sectors and exceed revenue targets.
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders to build business cases and value narratives.
• Develop account plans to convert relationships into committed revenue.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasting cadence.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to tailor value propositions for banking buyers.
• Codify winning use cases and reference stories for scaling across the motion.
• Coordinate with Legal, Partnerships, and cloud partners to ensure seamless delivery.
