Anthropic Limited is seeking a Strategic Account Executive (Banking) to lead strategic, enterprise-scale deals with global banks and drive adoption of frontier AI across retail and commercial banking, risk and operations.

You will own a book of high-value accounts, engage CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders, build business cases, and navigate procurement, security, and regulatory reviews through to production deployments.

Competenze

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in retail or commercial banking.
• Track record of carrying and exceeding quota in enterprise sales of technical products.
• Experience building C-suite relationships within banking.
• Operational rigor across multi-stakeholder sales cycles with accurate forecasting.
• Credibility with technical buyers (CIOs/CTOs/Heads of AI) and cross-functional partners.
• Genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and advancing Anthropic's mission.

• Own a book of strategic, high-value accounts across banking and consumer finance with revenue targets.
• Engage with CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders, building business cases and navigating procurement and regulatory reviews.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities, develop account plans that convert relationships into revenue.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence with clear next steps.
• Collaborate with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to tailor solutions for banking needs.
• Codify winning use cases with Marketing to scale across the enterprise motion.
• Coordinate with Legal, Partnerships, and cloud partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
