Anthropic is redefining enterprise AI adoption for banking clients. We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive (Banking) to lead strategic, enterprise deals across retail and commercial banks, driving revenue and embedding AI responsibly into customer service, underwriting, risk, and operations.

Ideally you will own major accounts, engage senior leaders, and partner with Product and Marketing to sharpen our value proposition and market positioning for banking decision‑makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in banking or consumer finance.
• Track record of quota attainment in enterprise sales of technical and complex products.
• Experience building and managing C‑suite relationships in retail/commercial banking.
• Operational rigor across multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with accurate forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of strategic, high‑value accounts across retail banking, commercial banking, and consumer finance.
• Engage with C‑level and senior technical stakeholders to build business cases and value narratives, navigating procurement and regulatory reviews.
• Identify and prioritize high‑potential opportunities, develop account plans, and turn relationships into revenue.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence with clear next steps and coachable execution.
• Collaborate with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions and translate needs into product inputs.
• Codify winning use cases and reference stories with Marketing to scale the broader FSI motion.
• Represent Anthropic to customers and at industry events, ensuring a trusted voice.
