Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience or equivalent
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Proficiency with digital banking platforms and apps
• Willingness to work extended hours including weekends
• Completion of SAFE Act pre-employment checks and obtaining NMLS identifier

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing
• Provide tailored financial guidance to help customers reach personal goals
• Promote digital and mobile banking options and supports
• Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
