Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a branch-facing associate who will build lasting relationships with customers by providing trusted financial guidance. You will help customers plan for future goals, discuss home-buying, credit cards, and investment options, and promote digital banking tools via app and ATMs.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to address more complex needs, while following all policies, including cash handling and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by asking questions and identifying needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options and collaborate with partners for complex needs.
• Conduct outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
