Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, outgoing Bank Teller/Customer Service Associate to be the face of the branch. You’ll help customers with everyday financial needs, explain products, and provide trusted advice while building lasting relationships.

You'll learn digital and mobile banking, collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to assist clients, handle cash per policies, and contribute to community and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Effective questioning to identify customer needs and relationships.
• Proven ability to refer products and services in person and by phone.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Problem solving and providing customer solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and work varied hours.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and build lasting customer relationships.
• Recommend financial solutions and assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and conduct transactions via app/ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
