Job summary

You will engage customers, educate them on digital self-service options, and support branch operations while upholding risk and compliance standards. The role requires a high school diploma, 6+ months cash handling and customer service experience, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate risk concerns.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to engage customers.

• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated level of customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and risk controls to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for a welcoming environment.
• Support nearby branches as needed.
