Qualifications

• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Identify and elevate risk concerns to appropriate channels.
• Follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills; comfortable with digital tools.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to accuracy and detail; basic math skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Engage customers and educate on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming work area for customers.
• Support nearby branches as needed based on business needs.
