Job summary

Affirm seeks an Operations leader to build and scale the bank’s operating foundation, owning Finxact core and digital banking experiences. You’ll drive deposit and lending operations strategy, partner with servicing teams, and ensure transparent, compliant processes across onboarding, funding, and settlements.

You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering, and deliver reliable customer experiences with strong controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a regulated banking environment.
• Hands-on core banking platform implementation or administration.
• Strong knowledge of deposits, lending, and payments operations.

Responsibilities

• Own Finxact core and digital banking platforms for deposits and lending.
• Lead operational launch readiness, testing, and transition to BAU.
• Direct daily deposit operations, reconciliations, and settlement activities.
• Oversee loan funding, boarding, and related journal entries.
• Manage vendor relationships and control environments with governance.
