Responsabilités

• Lead the Client Experience efforts in the banking center and resolve client issues promptly.
• Oversee teller line efficiency, balancing, and cash control to minimize customer wait times.
• Supervise, coach, and develop tellers; conduct regular meetings and training; evaluate performance.
