Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee tellers to ensure accuracy and customer service.
• Balance and process ATM transactions and deposits.
• Monitor vault, cash limits, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Train and coach tellers; implement policy updates.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to partners.
• Ensure policy compliance and regulatory requirements.
