Sprouts Farmers Market in Murray, UT is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead Bakery Clerks and assist the Bakery Manager in daily operations. You will focus on excellent customer service, department merchandising, and safe, efficient prep and bakery activities.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with two years of retail grocery and supervisory experience, flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to stand long hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail grocery experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to interact with customers and provide friendly service.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bakery Clerks and assist Bakery Manager in daily supervision.
• Manage and merchandise department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality, and displays.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and health guidelines are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with special orders.
