Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in South Jordan, UT. You will assist the Bakery Manager in leading Bakery Clerks and supervising daily operations to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail grocery experience with supervisory responsibilities, a strong team mindset, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of retail grocery experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Bakery Manager in leading Bakery Clerks and supervising daily department operations.
• Manage ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays to maximize productivity and profit.
• Monitor incoming deliveries and ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain bakery product quality.
• Handle equipment and weight/packing tasks as needed.
• Support a fast-paced environment with a proactive, team-focused approach.
