Sprouts Farmers Market in Murray, UT is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the bakery department, overseeing baking, production, and display to ensure top-quality products and outstanding customer service.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and scheduling, uphold food safety, and collaborate with store leadership to drive sales and profitability while maintaining a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with 2 years in retail grocery.
• Must be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude toward team members and customers.
• Good communication and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• General housekeeping in the department; clean and sanitize work area.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise and monitor product quality, inventory, and budget.
• Evaluate operations to identify improvements and implement new practices.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
• Plan and order to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Recruit, hire and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
