Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery Clerks and assist the Bakery Manager in daily supervision of the department. You will help manage inventory, merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing displays, ordering, safety compliance, and coordination with store leadership to drive department performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage a team and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in daily supervision of Bakery Department operations.
• Lead Bakery Clerks and ensure productive and profitable department performance.
• Order management and inventory controls; monitor product quality.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays to maximize sales.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and health standards per company guidelines.
