Qualifications

• Two years’ retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and Bakery team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and quality of Bakery products.
• Unload deliveries and operate bakery equipment as needed.
