Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations on assigned shifts, coach the team, and ensure outstanding service and product quality. You will manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting, while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail/food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand
