Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, guiding team members across all bakery areas and ensuring guests receive outstanding service while upholding our quality and cleanliness standards.

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, daily reporting, and compliance with food safety. You’ll also support production activities and help address guest concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
