Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts. You will support team members across all areas of the bakery and help ensure every guest receives outstanding service while upholding our standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will coach staff, oversee day-to-day activities, handle cash and reporting, and ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain organization and quality under pressure.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand
