Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts and support team members across all areas of the bakery. You will help ensure guests receive outstanding service while upholding quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will coach and train colleagues, assist with opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and daily reporting, and ensure compliance with food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
