Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during shifts, coaching team members and ensuring outstanding guest service while maintaining quality and cleanliness. You will open/close, handle cash, and generate daily reports, while upholding food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team to ensure excellent guest experiences.

• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards compliance.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed.
