Nothing Bundt Cakes seeks a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts and support team members across all areas of the bakery. You will ensure guest satisfaction and uphold our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting while maintaining food safety, sanitation, and company standards. A hands-on leader with strong communication and organizational skills is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management
