Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and ensure guest service, quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.

You will open/close procedures, handle cash, supervise production activities, and foster a positive, fast-paced team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand.
