Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will support all areas from cake decoration to production while upholding food safety and brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or food service, with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
