Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage bakery operations and guest experience on shift. You will lead team members, ensure smooth daily operations, and support leadership in executing brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to training and coaching while maintaining food safety and a warm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for teamwork.
• Dependability, organization, and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Availability 2-4 days per week with potential for more hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support bakery team members during shifts.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for every guest.
• Assist with cake production, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Help train, coach, and develop team members.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are maintained.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Step into any bakery role as needed to support the team.
• Communicate effectively and help create a positive work environment.
