Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Leader in Columbus, OH to work with the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to maintain the highest quality cakes and an inviting guest experience. You will share in team leadership, help drive sales and profitability, and ensure all bakery operations align with NbC standards.

This role offers growth opportunities within a growing brand, requires 1–3 years of guest-facing experience, and emphasizes coaching others, managing teams, and delivering

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to ensure high‑quality cakes and a warm, welcoming guest experience.
• Collaborate with bakery management to drive sales and profitability and execute day‑to‑day responsibilities in NbC standards.
• Serve as an important carrier of NbC culture, promoting core values among team members and guests.
• Support promotions of advancement opportunities within the brand.
