Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Lead to work alongside the Bakery Manager and team members to deliver the highest-quality cakes, a warm guest experience and a strong NbC culture. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college is a plus.
• 1-3 years guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or foodservice.
• Experience coaching others and achieving productivity goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with new tech.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes guest experience and fosters a positive work environment.
• Partners with the Bakery Manager in leading guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management and inventory control.
• Supports Bakery Manager in recruiting, selecting and training team members, directing daily work and providing coaching.
• Ensures NbC standards for product, service, environment and safety are upheld.
• Assists with scheduling, production plans, payroll processing and basic accounting tasks.
• Co-manages special-order fulfillment via web and email for guests and corporate orders.
• Co-facilitates opening/closing of the bakery, including cash handling.
• Contributes to local marketing events to build brand awareness.
• Maintains hands-on knowledge of bakery roles to support operations as needed.
