Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Lead to work closely with the Bakery Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and high-quality cakes. You will help drive sales, lead the team, and ensure daily operations meet NbC standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to the NbC culture. You will supervise daily tasks, assist in recruiting and training, manage inventory and merchandising, and support payroll and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes guest experience and models superior engagement.
• Leads guest experience, cake production, and merchandise presentation with the Bakery Manager.
• Supports recruiting, training, and coaching of team members.
• Upholds NbC product, service, environment, and safety standards.
• Assists in cake production planning, scheduling, inventory and payroll related tasks.
• Co-manages special-order fulfillment including large or complex orders.
• Facilitates opening and closing duties, including cash handling and deposits.
• Contributes to local marketing events and community presence.
• Maintains knowledge of bakery roles to support business needs.
• Performs additional tasks as needed to ensure team success.
