Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for an established food manufacturer’s bakery operation across first, second, and third shifts. This on-site role is based in Rocky Mount, NC, with opportunities for growth.

You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees, ensuring safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals. This hands-on leadership role integrates with an experienced supervisory team to foster professional development.

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.

• Ability to coach and develop staff and set clear expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
