Talent Solutions Partners is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site, full-time role offers first, second, and third shift coverage and leads a team of 15–25 employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability within an established supervisory team, with opportunities for growth and development across shifts.

Qualificações

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing (bakery or frozen foods is a plus).
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
