Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for a major bakery operation in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

This on-site, full-time leadership role oversees daily production, staffing, and shift assignments across first, second, and third shifts. You will coach and develop a team of 15–25 employees, uphold food safety and quality standards, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Qualifikationen

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support scheduling needs.
