Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation located in Rocky Mount, NC.

This full-time, on-site role will lead a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. You will supervise daily activities, coach staff, uphold food safety and GMP standards, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work assigned shift and support scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance and address downtime to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues and ensure proper handoffs.
