Talent Solutions Partners is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site role covers first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will supervise daily activities, coach staff, ensure food safety and quality standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
