Job summary

Acloché LLC, a bakery-focused food manufacturer, seeks Production Supervisors for on-site roles across first, second, and third shifts in Rocky Mount, NC. Manage a team of 15–25 and guide daily production to meet quality and output targets while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating with maintenance and QA, and optimizing shift handoffs. Candidates should demonstrate people leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to production

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
