You will guide a team of 15–25 employees, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to solve issues and improve performance.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and structured shift handoffs, with a base salary in the range and a 5% bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
