Job summary

Acloché LLC is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site, full-time role oversees 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will coach staff, enforce GMPs, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and optimize shift handoffs. A strong background in food manufacturing and proven leadership are required, with a base salary of $76k–$86k plus a 5%

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or frozen foods.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
