Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality outputs while meeting production goals.

The role is hands-on and offers growth within an established supervisory team. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, food safety knowledge, and effective communication. Includes a 5% bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Ability to manage performance and hold employees accountable.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
