Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for its bakery operation in North Carolina. The role oversees a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, actively leading daily production and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, and partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues, with room for growth within an established supervisory structure.

Qualifications

Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
Proven ability to manage performance and build accountability.
Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
