Your Talent Team is hiring for Production Supervisors in Rocky Mount, NC on-site for a bakery operation. You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second and third shifts, ensuring safety, quality and production goals.

Responsibilities include directing daily production activities, coaching staff, maintaining GMPs, monitoring performance, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop staff with accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
