Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is hiring Production Supervisors for a busy bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role oversees 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, delivering safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will lead daily production activities, coach staff, and partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. A strong focus on food safety, GMPs, and workplace safety is essential to succeed in this hands-on

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
