Eden Capital Careers in Rocky Mount, NC, is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation on all shifts. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees, oversee daily production, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

This hands-on leadership role offers growth within an established supervisory team, plus a base salary of 76–86k and a 5% bonus, along with medical/dental/vision insurance, vacation, sick time, 401(k), and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
