Your Talent Team is seeking Production Supervisors for a major bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role oversees 15–25 production staff across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality output and achievement of production goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach and develop employees, uphold food safety and GMPs, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
