Eden Capital Careers is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role covers first, second, and third shifts. You will supervise 15–25 employees, ensuring safe, high-quality output while hitting production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold GMPs and food safety, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues. Base salary range $76,000–$86,000 with a 5% bonus; comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
