Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking Production Supervisors for a well-established food manufacturer in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site role leads a team of about 15–25 employees across bakery operations, on first, second, or third shift, delivering safe, high‑quality products while meeting production goals.

You will coach staff, uphold food safety and GMP standards, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen food experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance, and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
